Senior Technical Producer II (Marvel Snap): Partnering with engineering, design, and live operations teams to build, grow, and maintain the Marvel SNAP webshop with an accent on crafting world-class player experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on end-to-end production of the Marvel SNAP Shop team, including mobile, steam and web storefronts, from feature development through live operations.

Location: US Remote. Must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this position.

Salary: $185K – $207.5K

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production of the Marvel SNAP Shop team, including mobile, steam and web storefronts, from feature development through live operations.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver improvements on schedule.
• Coordinate release schedules and configuration changes with product, marketing, QA, engineers, and design.
• Manage external development and platform partner relationships related to payments, storefronts, and integrations.
• Work with engineers to improve performance, reliability, and conversion as well as reducing operational costs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate bottlenecks to keep the team running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and supporting a live game or live service as a technical producer or technical program manager.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer platforms, including payment flows, storefront management, and player-facing transactions.
• Hands-on experience with a version control software like GitHub.
• High levels of empathy and support for team members.
• Positive and optimistic leadership style and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Excellent and flexible communication skills whether in person, over Zoom, or in writing.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or another Cloud provider.
• Experience working on a live mobile game.
• Experience using Unity.
• Experience with the app stores – Apple App Store, Google Play Console, Steamworks, Samsung Seller Portal.
