Training & Development Specialist: Responsible for creating and delivering adult learning programs for hirify.global, utilizing internal knowledge resources to develop a curriculum that reflects best practices and technical detail. Focus on assessing the needs of individuals and teams to address gaps in skills, knowledge, and performance through appropriate training.

What you will do

• Develop a comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Support the creation and delivery of product, corporate, and technical training.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships across multiple job families and functions to understand their needs and develop support strategies.
• Develop, monitor, maintain, and socialize the effectiveness of training efforts to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in industry trends, applications, and best practices through regular research and continued education.
• Create and maintain client-facing in-app videos to support self-service options.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating training and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and any Learning Management System.
• Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating video-based training.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with Thinkific.
• Experience with AI video tooling or AI video generation.
