Location: This role is based in the office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000

What you will do
- Design and execute high-performing creative for email and paid marketing campaigns, lifecycle flows, product launches, and promotions.
- Create compelling paid media assets across social, display, and other digital platforms, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Translate performance data into creative decisions, analyzing what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, best practices toolkits, and templates for email and paid media to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Manage production-ready files and handoff, ensuring accuracy across formats and platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on email and/or paid media within an agency or in-house team.
- Proven experience designing for performance marketing channels, with an understanding of how creative drives conversion.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and conversion-focused design thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, iterate quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating both strong design craft and performance-oriented thinking.
