What you will do

• Partner with copywriters to align visuals and messaging for cross-channel advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute creative concepts from initial brief to final production.
• Design and comp layouts independently while maintaining high aesthetic and conceptual standards.
• Collaborate daily with account, strategy, and project management teams to meet deadlines.
• Present conceptual work to clients and build strong professional relationships.
• Stay current on global creative trends, technological tools, and pop culture to inform innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of industry experience in a well-established creative role.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid office setup in New York.
