Requirements

• 7+ years of professional agency experience in a creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles and cross-channel work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and AI design tools.
• Proven ability to present work effectively to all levels of clients.
• Experience leading and collaborating within large teams.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in a hybrid environment.
