What you will do
- Design and produce high-impact creative assets for digital and print channels, including landing pages, email, ads, and event collateral.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging visual communications.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand system, design guidelines, and organized asset libraries.
- Execute photography direction, video editing, and motion design for various content initiatives.
- Participate in creative brainstorming to bring fresh perspectives and design judgment to campaign development.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional design experience in-house, at agencies, or freelance.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, strategic thinking, and execution across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion and video tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Background designing for healthcare, science, biotech, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices for social, display, and email platforms.
