What you will do

• Deliver high-quality creative marketing assets, balancing business needs with technical and creative constraints.
• Act as the primary creative consultant for stakeholders, interpreting complex briefs and ensuring visual solutions align with business goals.
• Lead projects from conceptual stage through final production, maintaining momentum and ensuring quality.
• Present creative work to senior leadership and stakeholders, delivering key messages.
• Maintain expertise in creative discipline and share best practices.
• Manage and iterate creative approaches, driving an elevated creative bar for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design expertise, with responsibility for strategy and execution.
• Ability to work independently, make critical decisions, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience and knowledge using creative AI tools and a strong understanding of motion design.
