What you will do

• Design marketing and brand assets across social, email, ads, web, and product marketing channels.
• Create visuals for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytelling.
• Produce digital and print-ready materials for sales, partnerships, and customer-facing needs.
• Support landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchy.
• Help maintain and apply Matic’s brand system across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into clear visual designs.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in visual design: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition.
• A portfolio showing thoughtful visual or marketing design work.
• Comfort working in Figma and basic familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Ability to take feedback, iterate, and learn quickly.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have
