Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.

What you will do

• Create and iterate on visual assets for high-converting websites and landing pages.
• Design data-driven and engaging infographics for content marketing and web use.
• Develop visually optimized templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-impact display ads and social media graphics for paid media channels.
• Design and format long-form sales collateral, including professional reports and white papers.
• Assist with creative direction, including scripting and storyboarding for promotional and educational videos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up or agency setting.
• Proven ability to translate user needs and business objectives into clear, intuitive design solutions that consistently align with brand guidelines.
• Expert proficiency in design and editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Demonstrated understanding of design principles for web and print, including responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
