What you will do

• Lead the LiftOff program to drive migrations to hirify.global, activating customers’ Analytics journey and accelerating their consumption.
• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs and campaigns that position Analytics on hirify.global as the leader.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, Alliances and other teams to build alignment around go-to-market plans.
• Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction.
• Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product marketing, cloud marketing, or technical GTM roles.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into outcome‑driven narratives.
• Proven success driving cross‑functional programs with sales, engineering, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple launches and GTM motions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with migration patterns, modernization frameworks, and cloud adoption programs.
• BS/BA, MBA preferred
