Product Marketing Manager (AI): Owning go-to-market strategy for LangSmith's infrastructure products, including Deployment and Sandboxes, with an accent on messaging for a technically sophisticated audience and launching new capabilities. Location: San Francisco, CA (strong preference), NYC
Salary: $210,000 – $235,000 + equity

What you will do
- Lead product launches for new infrastructure capabilities and platform updates.
- Own positioning, messaging, and the infrastructure narrative for LangSmith Deployment, Sandboxes, and adjacent infra products.
- Build sales enablement that helps close enterprise deals with platform engineers, DevOps leads, and AI/ML infrastructure teams.
- Own competitive positioning and define differentiation in enterprise procurement conversations.
- Create content that helps buyers move forward, including customer stories and technical use cases.
- Feed the product roadmap by synthesizing customer conversations, win/loss signals, and competitive trends.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of product marketing experience.
- Experience owning positioning and messaging for a technical product or platform.
- Experience marketing developer tools, cloud infrastructure, DevOps platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Comfortable in a room with platform engineers, security architects, and VP+ leaders.
- Understanding of the enterprise infrastructure buying motion and how to arm a sales team to navigate it.
- Ability to write clearly for the customer, not for internal stakeholders.
- Genuine curiosity about how AI agents are reshaping the infrastructure layer of software.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the LLM/agent developer ecosystem.
- Experience marketing cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes-based platforms, or containerized deployment solutions.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led GTM motions.
- Experience partnering with sales on enterprise deals that involve security reviews, compliance questionnaires, and infrastructure procurement.
- Exposure to the open-source developer community.
