What you will do
- Develop a sales plan for each named client, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Ensure contract renewals, expansions, and negotiate contracts annually.
- Partner with client's HR and decision-makers to connect their C-level to execs.
- Provide product feedback to product management.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a client-facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross-selling and upselling in an existing portfolio.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
- Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment.
- Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
