What you will do

  • Develop a sales plan for each named client, identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure contract renewals, expansions, and negotiate contracts annually.
  • Partner with client's HR and decision-makers to connect their C-level to hirify.global execs.
  • Provide product feedback to product management.
  • Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a client-facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross-selling and upselling in an existing portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
  • Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment.
  • Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
