What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of broker and intermediary relationships.
- Promote Ignite to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and commercial expansion.
- Lead customer success planning and conduct regular business reviews.
- Drive customer adoption by embedding Ignite into operational workflows.
- Gather structured customer insight to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Monitor mortgageβmarket and regulatory trends to provide insight for customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UK mortgageβmarket processes, broker workflows, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience managing commercial customer relationships in a competitive B2B environment.
- Proven ability to meet revenue, retention, and accountβgrowth targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and financial data.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills across inβperson and virtual settings.
- Ability to translate customer insight into meaningful action and recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, mortgageβtechnology, or digitalβworkflow solutions.
- Commercial acumen and confidence in contract discussions and closing opportunities.
