TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Generating and qualifying new business opportunities within the UK&I market with an accent on outbound prospecting and stakeholder engagement. Focus on building the sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach, identifying customer pain points, and effectively communicating the value proposition of bank payment solutions.

Location: Must be based in the UK, with hybrid working from Leeds

Salary: £27,976 - £40,800 + OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with senior decision-makers in the UK&I.
  • Develop the sales pipeline using targeted email, LinkedIn, video, and phone outreach.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to qualify leads and progress deals.
  • Research relevant stakeholders to tailor engagement strategies and identify key business needs.
  • Track all outreach activities and prospect interactions in Salesforce.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition to potential customers across various sectors.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an outbound B2B sales role or customer-facing position.
  • Previous experience working within a startup or FinTech environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
