What you will do

  • Manage and deepen existing partner relationships through strategic alignment and effective B2B communication.
  • Grow the loans partner ecosystem on the marketplace while ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting consumer credit needs.
  • Execute the loans vertical strategy by performing market sizing and identifying long-term growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams in an agile capacity to contribute to the product roadmap and feature development.
  • Utilize Tableau to interrogate data and identify trends that support business growth and partner outcomes.
  • Coach and develop team members, building commercial skills and enhancing the team's strategic capability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering vertical strategies within a financial services environment.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partner management experience.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, specifically Tableau.
  • Ability to lead discussions and influence senior leaders effectively.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams including product and compliance.
  • Commitment to consumer-centric decision-making and outcomes.
