What you will do
- Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships to drive market entry.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and integration.
- Maintain a high-visibility pipeline and ensure disciplined execution to hit monthly revenue and policy targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and underwriting alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Drive partner productivity and identify cross-sell or optimization opportunities post-launch.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal leadership, external partners, and UK regulators.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, insurance, or fintech.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom or be able to work locally.
- Proven ability to manage commercial negotiations and complex deal structures.
- High level of self-drive and accountability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to operate independently without the need for constant guidance or hand-holding.
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements and insurance market dynamics.
