TL;DR
Lead Requirements Analyst: Gathering and validating end user requirements for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service's (NCIS) Collection Management System (CMS) with an accent on analyzing business and technical processes. Focus on ensuring that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization.
Location: Hybrid position located in Quantico, VA.
Salary: $155,000 - $165,000 Annually

What you will do
- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
- Interface between systems architects/programmers and users to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users.
- Document product/service requirements and develops test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out.
- Interact with testing requirements to ensure traceability and test coverage.
Requirements
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Extensive knowledge of NCIS CMS functionality and user community requirements.
- Expertise in analyzing and compiling software business logic discovery and mockups and developing and validating acceptance criteria for software development.
- Experience in leading requirements working groups and user acceptance training sessions.
- Expertise in using the Service Now platform for sprint/story management.
- Working knowledge of Department of Navy networks and information assurance policies and protocols.
- Experience working with SCRUM teams and agile methodology.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
