Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Elicit business and technical requirements through discussions with internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Understand and document business objectives, operational processes, and pain points to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Analyze current and desired business processes to uncover automation and optimization potential.
• Serve as Product Owner for Scrum teams working on efficiency initiatives and process improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation tools and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Knowledge of automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to business processes.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills working with customers and internal teams.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Financial industry knowledge, particularly in portfolio management, portfolio accounting, or trading operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing automation or AI solutions in a production environment.
