What you will do

• Support senior-level program management and quality control initiatives.
• Perform strategic planning analysis, including business case development and requirements documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical cost, schedule, and performance documentation.
• Formulate and implement enterprise-wide business and IT strategies in collaboration with customers.
• Track costs, resources, and program performance to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with project managers and cost/schedule teams to provide accurate program reporting.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain or maintain a Secret clearance level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or accounting.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence in Norfolk, VA.
• Strong analytical skills for cost-schedule integration and strategic planning.
