What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales.
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within a specific region.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision maker types.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
- Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently.
- Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics.
- Demonstrated values and ethics that support 's mission and goals.
