TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (Healthcare): Helping prospective customers understand the outcomes hirify.global will have on their business with an accent on product demonstrations and building tailored proof of concepts. Focus on articulating technical concepts to both CIO’s and COO’s and forming a trusted advisor relationship with the prospect.

Location: Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel. Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Chelsea office 4 days/week (preferred)

Salary: $140K - $160K

What you will do

• Lead product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring the narrative to match the customer profile and needs.
• Own the creation of proof of concepts to showcase hirify.global’s capabilities and value to the prospect's business through ROI assessments.
• Create and maintain internal and external facing technical assets, such as custom demos, whitepapers, and slide decks.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Customer Success, hirify.global Leadership, and channel partners to build and close opportunities.
• Form a trusted advisor relationship with the prospect.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Solutions Consulting, Tech Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles preferred, with a focus on business SaaS solutions; experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering and system design.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated motivation and hustle with a fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.
• Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building skills.
