Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner-Technology, Data & Analytics

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with at least two days per week in person at an assigned hirify.global office

Salary: $150,100–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Global Technology, Data & Analytics leaders to align people priorities with business goals, transformation efforts, and workforce requirements.
• Lead HR change management for international technology operating model evolution, including organizational impact assessment, stakeholder alignment, readiness planning, and execution.
• Serve as the primary HR partner for technology associates outside the U.S., supporting consistent communication and associate experience during organizational changes.
• Support organization design, capability planning, workforce planning, role clarity, spans of control, and operating effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness, talent decisions, leadership expectations, change leadership, and business tradeoffs.
• Use workforce, engagement, and people data to identify talent risks and capability gaps while partnering on succession planning, leadership development, culture, inclusion, and hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of global HR Business Partner experience supporting technology, data, analytics, product, operations, or another complex business function.
• Experience with transformation, organization design, change management, operating model evolution, or workforce planning across global or international teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, change management, problem-solving, and leadership coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of organization design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to develop change plans, leader communications, readiness activities, and feedback loops for geographically distributed associate populations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization with international leaders or distributed associate populations.
• Experience supporting technology modernization or international operating model change.
