Director of HR Managed Services (HRTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New Orleans or Texas markets, with occasional travel to other locations for meetings and events.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year plus incentive-based compensation.

What you will do

• Lead HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and Senior HR Business Partners in a remote and hybrid consulting environment.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Oversee operational performance, utilization, productivity, profitability, compliance, budgets, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead client consultations, operational reviews, presentations, escalations, and workforce strategy initiatives across multiple industries.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Use HCM and HRIS platforms to optimize service delivery and support data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with HR operations, employee relations, employment law, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Strong expertise in HCM platforms and HRIS systems.
• Experience leading large remote teams and delivering client-facing HR services.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, data quality, documentation, and confidentiality skills, including awareness of HIPAA/PHI handling.

• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
