What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Development Representatives across Europe and APAC.
  • Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences, and workflows that maximize ADR efficiency.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing, field sales, and partner managers on messaging and targeting.
  • Accurately forecast lead conversion and proactively build the required pipeline to hit targets.
  • Leverage sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to monitor activity, report on team performance, and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing a global sales development team, with a strong track record of supporting and building high-performing ADR or Inside Sales teams and exceeding pipeline generation targets.
  • Experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales development best practices, lead generation strategies, and CRM technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable team goals and demonstrate creative thinking for new opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry preferred (Financial Crime is a plus)
