What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Development Representatives across Europe and APAC.
- Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences, and workflows that maximize ADR efficiency.
- Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing, field sales, and partner managers on messaging and targeting.
- Accurately forecast lead conversion and proactively build the required pipeline to hit targets.
- Leverage sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to monitor activity, report on team performance, and provide insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience managing a global sales development team, with a strong track record of supporting and building high-performing ADR or Inside Sales teams and exceeding pipeline generation targets.
- Experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- Deep understanding of sales development best practices, lead generation strategies, and CRM technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable team goals and demonstrate creative thinking for new opportunities.

- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry preferred (Financial Crime is a plus)
