What you will do
- Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads, driving customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Understand prospects’ business challenges and align Lightspeed’s solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the full sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close deals, contributing directly to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound, customer-facing sales, ideally within SaaS, POS, retail, hospitality, or broader technology sectors.
- Proven success managing 360° sales cycles, from prospecting and cold calling to closing complex deals.
- Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to identify customer pain points and demonstrate clear ROI.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales and the operational needs of retail and hospitality businesses.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline and track sales activity.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
