Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 OTE

• Exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Advise customers on hirify.global products through discovery calls, presentations, and demos.
• Build and grow relationships with accounts in your book of business.
• Track all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in product, sales, and process training to develop expertise in the hirify.global solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred.
• Real passion for technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think strategically.
• Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
