Location: Boston, MA (2 days hybrid role with 50 miles)

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth by prospecting into a named account list and identifying qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota targets through disciplined pipeline management and deal execution.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate value and drive conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to drive trust and long-term value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract execution with accountability for outcomes.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve pipeline efficiency, prioritization, and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quota-carrying sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or enterprise IT.
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort engaging decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
