What you will do
- Engage with key US customers and business partners, providing technical expertise to solve business problems and grow the subscription and services business.
- Provide leadership to US sub-regions and regional SEs to ensure they qualify, demonstrate, and propose winning solution bids.
- Work with professional services to build statements of work for deploying solutions.
- Support partner channel and ISV teams to help them sell solutions or embed them into their products/services.
- Provide product management and engineering guidance on product usage and performance in the US.
- Support marketing teams in providing field input to key go-to-market initiatives and creating presentations/demos.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into platform and data needs.
- Ability to drive discussions around strategic and line of business objectives at the CXO level and provide guidance in adopting Postgres.
- Perform SE team management, including team update calls, performance reviews, and product orientation.
- Define and drive SE strategy in terms of creating assets and technical enablement in accordance with product roadmap and GTM sales plays.
- Define the SE KPIs and guide and support individual SEs to achieve these KPIs.
- Must be based in the United States.
