Salary: $100,000–$107,000 (including bonus)

What you will do
- Manage customer lifecycles including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for enterprise customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to showcase value and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to drive growth and upgrades.
- Analyze and improve customer health, engagement, and value realization.
Requirements
- Technical acumen and strong understanding of features and architecture.
- Experience supporting customers within the public sector.
- Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
- Proficiency in delivering custom ROI analysis for customer portfolios.
- Must be based in the US.
