What you will do

• Develop and evolve the social media strategy to align with brand and business objectives.
• Build and manage social media content roadmaps, developing platform-native strategies.
• Define and evolve hirify.global’s social tone of voice and creative identity.
• Oversee community management and develop a community strategy that builds trust and long-term engagement.
• Ensure all content is compliant with industry regulation and internal policies.
• Line-manage the Senior Social Media Executive and manage agency relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social strategy at scale.
• Strong background managing organic social within a regulated or complex environment (financial services ideal).
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviors (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
