Senior Associate, Social, UK (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns across relevant social media platforms.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks against campaign best-practice standards.
• Monitor pacing and performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns.
• Produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign reports, often using Microsoft Excel.
• Write performance commentary with actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with line managers, internal teams, global hub colleagues, clients, and platform partners.

Requirements

• Passion for developing a career in digital marketing and paid social.
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply new skills quickly.
• Interest in digital advertising, marketing, and social media channels.
• Computer literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Confidence working with numbers and large amounts of data.
• Collaborative, friendly, proactive communication and a can-do attitude.
