What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setups including bid strategy, audience targeting, and quality assurance.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading calls and presenting performance reviews.
• Mentor and support junior team members, overseeing their workflows and training development.
• Collaborate with planning and channel specialists to ensure cohesive multi-channel marketing activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or agency role with a focus on paid social.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong background in planning large-scale brand and direct-response campaigns.
• Ability to compile and present complex performance reports to clients.
• Experience or strong aptitude for line management and team leadership.
