TL;DR

Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving the international payments marketing strategy, taking ownership of communicating global money movement features to customers. Focus on building and executing impactful, integrated campaigns that make hirify.global the go-to choice for customers and businesses with global lives.

Location: This role will be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station in a hybrid approach of office based and home working

Salary is £68,500 - £88,000

What you will do

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for International Payment Products, ensuring it supports our broader mission and meets ambitious commercial targets.
  • Create and execute integrated campaigns that clearly explain the value of our offering, driving both new customer acquisition and deeper engagement with existing users.
  • Coordinate with various teams (e.g., product, growth, creative, data and operations) to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Take full responsibility for the performance of your campaigns, providing regular, insightful reporting to leadership on progress against key business metrics.
  • Use data and insights to constantly improve our messaging and channel mix, ensuring we drive continuous improvement in execution and results.
  • Strategically manage the marketing budget for international payments, optimizing spend to ensure the highest possible impact across all channels.

Requirements

  • Ability to design and lead high-impact marketing strategies for payments that align with hirify.global's commercial goals and product roadmap.
  • A deep focus on driving business outcomes, such as increasing international transaction volumes and active user growth, through clever and efficient marketing.
  • Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure our international payments proposition is world-class and well-communicated.
  • Expertise in using a broad mix of channels (CRM, Social, Paid, PR, and In-app) to create seamless, "always-on" and hero campaign experiences, as well as a proven ability to test and experiment with new channels and campaigns.
  • Have experience delivering successful marketing initiatives in a regulated financial services or tech environment.
  • Are obsessed with data and use it to drive every decision you make.
