What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for paid social campaigns across all major platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, including workload management and career development.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, setup, and performance optimization.
• Drive client satisfaction through insightful reporting, regular reviews, and proactive tactical recommendations.
• Manage relationships with key media partners such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
• Ensure rigorous quality assurance (QA) and effective management of agency financial processes.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns at scale.
• Proven background in agency-side team leadership, including mentoring and recruitment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategy.
