TL;DR

Social Media Manager (Healthcare): Developing and executing the social media strategy for Juniper’s UK market with an accent on Instagram, TikTok, and community growth. Focus on creating high-impact, social-first content, managing platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale our clinical and behavioral health offering.

Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the Old Street office for a hybrid setup (3 days/week).

What you will do

  • Define and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Partner with content creators to produce engaging, social-first campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Monitor platform performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable reporting.
  • Engage with the community by managing comments and messages.
  • Coordinate with Paid, Creative, and Product teams to align social strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media or content roles.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platform trends.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams and calendars.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with creators, clinicians, and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in consumer or healthcare branding.
