What you will do

• Lead and develop the growth marketing team across paid, SEO, and website.
• Own acquisition and conversion end-to-end, attracting the right users and converting them into active customers.
• Drive improvements on the website across UX, content, and structure to increase conversion and activation.
• Drive enterprise pipeline through digital, ensuring the website and campaigns generate high-quality leads and support ABM initiatives.
• Align stakeholders and priorities, working across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive focus and clarity.
• Optimize spend, channels, and funnel performance to increase ROI.

Requirements

• A proven growth leader with experience in SaaS or product-led environments.
• Data-driven and analytical, with a strong understanding of performance, budgets, and ROI.
• Hands-on across paid, SEO, and website, comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
• A strong understanding of how digital channels work together to drive growth.
• Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Comfortable making decisions, prioritizing effectively, and navigating complexity.
