What you will do

• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for service bookings and revenue generation.
• Define and document the scope of services engagements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor services engagements.
• Act as the key reference point on services for the sales team, providing clear and timely updates.
• Manage Kimble engagement assignments and approve Salesforce quotes for services engagements.
• Proactively raise flags to address potential risks or concerns in project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or as an Engagement Manager.
• Strong project management expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in services management, project planning, and customer-focused delivery.
