AI Engineer: Implementing new AI features in products, building AI automations & AI agents with an accent on fine-tuning AI models and maintaining them with the HuggingFace toolkit. Focus on rapidly building and testing AI-driven concepts from proof of concept to MVP to production.

What you will do

• Implement new AI features in products.
• Build tools & frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMs.
• Build AI automations & AI agents.
• Fine-tune AI models and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkit.
• Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets.
• Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
• Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents).
• Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture.
• 2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models.
• Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with other modalities (vision, audio).
• Previous experience in R&D department.
