What you will do

• Design and build intuitive SDKs, libraries, and APIs to make reinforcement learning accessible for ML engineers.
• Partner with technical success and product teams to translate workflow bottlenecks into reusable platform solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and onboarding flows that clarify complex concepts.
• Improve error messaging and reference examples to facilitate independent customer adoption.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, reliability, and robust handling of edge cases.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence the platform roadmap based on usage and feedback insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience building developer-facing libraries, SDKs, or tools used in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with the broader ML ecosystem.
• Understanding of machine learning workflows including training loops, evaluation, and deployment patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to improve developer productivity through thoughtful design and documentation.
• Strong collaborative skills to influence cross-functional teams in technical and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Paris, New York, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts.
• Experience with distributed training, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Contributions to open-source developer tooling.
• Interest or experience in Rust.
