TL;DR

Regional Account Executive (Sales): Selling innovative safety technology to public sector clients, focusing on demand generation, partnerships, and full sales cycle management. Location: Must live local to North Florida territory

Salary: $125,000 base, $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales within a single market.
  • Develop new business using outbound sales strategies within a defined territory.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Flock's technical products for clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and check-ins with the Director and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory.
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
  • Able to quickly digest and learn technical products, and become the subject matter expert for your clients.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Must live local to North Florida territory.

  • Startup experience is a plus.
