Salary: $80,000–$115,000 base; OTE $160,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Own a territory and drive net-new business in the mid-market segment.
• Execute consultative sales cycles to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to map product solutions to complex customer problems.
• Collaborate with sales development, partner, and solutions engineering teams.
• Gather and share field feedback to drive improvements in product and sales motions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with at least 1+ year in SaaS or tech sales.
• Proven track record of success selling into mid-market accounts.
• Must be authorized to work and reside within the hiring country (US or Canada).
• Strong consultative sales approach with a focus on transparency and honesty.
• Adaptable startup mindset with a self-directed, collaborative work style.
