Paid Marketing Manager (Adtech): Managing paid channels for the North American market to create sales qualified opportunities and accelerate hirify.global’s growth with an accent on search and paid social ads, budget definition, and conversion funnel optimization. Focus on marketing experiments to scale lead generation while being ROI efficient and collaborating with the US marketing team to create more ambitious campaigns.

What you will do

  • Create ads for search and paid social.
  • Define and monitor channel budgets.
  • Optimize every step of the conversion funnel.
  • Follow up with BDRs to get qualitative insights on your actions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the US marketing team to create more ambitious & complex campaigns.
  • Convert the learnings from your marketing experiments on paid channels into strategic insights to build the North American marketing roadmap.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn / Facebook Ads).
  • Minimum of 2 years with first-hand online campaign management experience.
  • Data-focus: you start with numbers and are driven by performance.
  • Attention to detail: you know how to launch a campaign without a glitch and catch every typo.
  • Analytical skills to create reports, analyze performance methodically to identify bottlenecks and create experiments to tackle them.
  • Autonomy: you’re a problem solver who knows how to conduct projects on their own and quickly adapt in a hypergrowth fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

  • Command of marketing automation tools (Marketo) and Salesforce.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
