TL;DR

Account Executive (Medtech): Driving market development and increasing utilization of prenatal genetic testing products in OBGYN and MFM practices with an accent on direct sales, key opinion leader engagement, and strategic business planning. Focus on managing the full sales lifecycle, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering clinical information to both external clients and internal teams.

Location: El Paso, TX

Salary: $124,646 - $150,656 per year (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region or geography.
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision maker types.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information.
