Location: Must be located in Katy, Texas.

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners.
  • Develop long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff, ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals.
  • Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership.
  • Strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across the entire office.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a comfort with quickly learning new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
