What you will do
- Execute strategies to acquire new clients within the designated territory.
- Engage with C-level executives and HR leaders to promote platform solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to signing contracts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on target achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for prospect engagement.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
