What you will do

• Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing Recruiting Coordinators across the EU region.
• Manage team workload, load balancing, and process monitoring to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead cross-organizational projects to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and Hiring Managers to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the entire interview cycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain with the ability to work remotely full-time.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in interview scheduling, calendaring, and high-volume coordination.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Greenhouse ATS experience is considered a strong advantage.
