Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to commute to Chelmsford, MA (approx. 1 day/week in-office required).

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 per year + annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic HRIS roadmap and technical project portfolio.
• Lead and mentor the HRIS team in managing system configuration, testing, and requirement gathering.
• Leverage Workday to provide advanced analytics and dashboards regarding organizational turnover, compensation, and talent metrics.
• Govern HR data security, integrity, and compliance with international privacy regulations including GDPR.
• Design and oversee integrations between Workday and various third-party enterprise systems.
• Partner with HR and IT leadership to drive process improvements and support business-wide technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in HRIS management or relevant technical functions.
• 5-7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, ideally including large-scale implementations.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and organizational reporting.
• 2+ years of formal team management and budget oversight experience.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
• Strong consulting and project management expertise with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
