TL;DR

Sales Development Associate (Nordics): Driving new business and revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales leads within the ESG and sustainable supply chain sector. Focus on executing high-volume outreach, mastering consultative discovery calls with senior executives, and leveraging modern sales technology to hit growth targets.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona or be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity.

What you will do

  • Own the full outreach motion, including cold calling, email, and social selling to drive new revenue.
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational calls with senior procurement and sustainability executives.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework to qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop localized call strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain high-volume activity and data accuracy within Salesforce to track performance.
  • Represent the brand at industry events to expand presence in the Nordics market.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish, Finnish, or Danish is required.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proactive sales-first mindset with strong resilience in handling objections and cold calling.
  • Technical literacy with sales stack tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tooling.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on data, conversion metrics, and constant self-improvement.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or a strong curiosity in Sustainability, ESG, or CSR industries.
