What you will do
- Own the full outreach motion, including cold calling, email, and social selling to drive new revenue.
- Conduct high-level discovery and educational calls with senior procurement and sustainability executives.
- Identify high-potential opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework to qualify leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop localized call strategies and messaging.
- Maintain high-volume activity and data accuracy within Salesforce to track performance.
- Represent the brand at industry events to expand presence in the Nordics market.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish, Finnish, or Danish is required.
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proactive sales-first mindset with strong resilience in handling objections and cold calling.
- Technical literacy with sales stack tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tooling.
- Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on data, conversion metrics, and constant self-improvement.
