TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US or be able to work in a hybrid capacity (in-office 3+ days/week)

What you will do
- Generate leads via cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing, website inquiries, and events.
- Research business opportunities and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead data and track client interactions within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with sales managers to support proposals and follow-up schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in partnership with the Finance department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have the ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Professional phone presence and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Resilient mindset comfortable with cold outreach and meeting sales targets.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with sales automation tools.
- Background in B2B sales development.
