What you will do
- Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the Dubai territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
- Close new business deals to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with enterprise customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation to opportunity management and closing.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing account base.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients in the Dubai market
- Consultative and value-based approach to selling software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead development and opportunity management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical business value simply.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
