Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid, 25%+ office attendance required)
Salary: £280,000–£330,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do
- Win new business and manage the full sales cycle within the retail sector across EMEA.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to retail procurement and budgeting cycles.
- Identify and capture new use cases for AI within merchandising, e-commerce, and store operations.
- Engage and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, including executives and IT leadership.
- Provide market feedback to product teams to inform roadmaps and sharpen value propositions.
- Refine sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to optimize performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging tech.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles within retail organizations.
- Deep expertise in navigating retail procurement frameworks and organizational structures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from managers to senior executives.
- Current or future eligibility to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship provided where possible).
